Founded in 2024 by Hollywood veteran Danial Donái, SilverFox Films Australia develops and produces action, thriller, and horror projects set against the distinctive landscapes of Far North Queensland. Drawing on international industry experience, local creative talent, and high production standards, SilverFox Films is focused on delivering compelling screen content for domestic and global audiences.

Our current slate includes John the Revelator, a high-impact preview project scheduled for 2026, and The Night Flyers, filmed across the Australian outback and the Great Barrier Reef. In addition, several original projects are in active development as we work toward establishing SilverFox as a leading regional production studio by 2030 — supporting local crews, fostering skills development, and contributing to the growth of Queensland’s screen industry.

Film and screen production encompasses a range of commercial pathways, including theatrical exhibition, streaming platforms, international distribution, merchandising, and long-term licensing. Led by Hollywood filmmaker Danial Donai, whose career spans more than four decades working on major international productions, SilverFox Films combines global filmmaking experience with a passion for telling uniquely Australian stories. Our focus is on producing commercially engaging films that remain authentic to the people and places that inspire them.
While we embrace modern filmmaking technologies where they enhance creativity and efficiency, they never replace what matters most—real performances, genuine locations, practical filmmaking, and compelling storytelling. Any concept artwork or visualisations we create are used solely to communicate the creative vision and tone of a project during development. The finished productions are brought to life through talented cast, skilled crews, and the breathtaking natural landscapes that make Australia unlike anywhere else in the world.
